Château de Briat – Baron de Pichon Longueville – 1996

Deep amber colour. Intense and perfumed with a sweet nose of candied fruit, hazelnut, tobacco, leather, fine oak, pepper and clove. The palate is intense and warm but finely balanced and layered with harmony and complexity. Nutty, sweet and very long finish, elegant and complex.
