Château de Clapier – Cuvée Soprano – 2015

Bright light to medium golden colour. Quite ripe nose showing some honey, tropical fruit and some oak. The palate is rather bold with a mild acidity, high ripeness, warm with a slight alcoholic sensation, ambitious but turns out a bit heavy and sweet today.
