Bright light golden colour. Pure and intense nose displaying notes of honey, saffron, cane sugar, lemongrass and ripe apricot. Bright palate finely balancing a fairly high level of sweetness with a bright and refreshing acidity and confit de citron flavours, with bolder stone fruit and mild oak and oak derived spiciness. Pure, quenching and very long finish. Very harmonious and drinkable.
