Dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Youthful nose, some barnyard/leather notes with floral hints and red fruit. Medium weight with high extract, slightly firm at present with sour cherry, some oak, tobacco and gamey flavours with a medium to long finish. Still a bit on the dry/tight side.
