Château de Jau – 2024

Bright straw color with a green hue. Pure and youthful aromas of crushed pear, apple, garrigue, lime, lemongrass, and some floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied and textured with fine extract giving grip, refreshing herbal flavors with pale stone fruit and citrus, rounded on the finish with a good level of persistency.
