Rosé wine with a pale towards medium deep pink colour, with a hint of copper. Primary fruit on the nose, grapefruit, fresh pineapple, some green apple. Quite light palate, with a youthful and elevated acidity. There’s a certain hint of bitterness here, like lime zest or grapefruit zest. Young and fresh with notes of green apple, a little hint of red berries on the finish, and a quite light finish.
