Bright light golden colour with a green hue. The nose offers a hint of new oak, with grassy notes, lemongrass, lime and whte fleshed fruit. Medium weight with a crisp acidity underneath, some oak-derived vanilla and toast flavours with crushed, apple, lime and fine length.
