Light golden colour. Rich and layered nose with a fine creaminess, certainly lees ageing imparting complexity and notes of patisserie with ripe citrus and yellow fruit notes. The nose indicates a high ripeness but the palate posesses a lovely fresh bite, fine extract and mouth watering sensation, long and nuanced finish, very nicely done.
