Château de Pommard – Simone – 2014

Mature ruby red colour with a tawny rim. Mature and complex perfume displaying forest floor, truffle, raspberry confit, and pain d´épice. The palate is soft and supple, yet with a backbone of fresh acidity and grainy tannin giving lift to the sweetish fruit, long and lingering finish with supple fruit and a fine spiciness. perfectly open and ready to drink.
