Château de Pommard – Simone – 2019

Light towards medium deep ruby red colour. Pure and attractive nose offering rose petal, crushed raspberry, plum, fine spices, clove and some chalky notes with mild oak underneath. Good grip and weight, soft and rounded texture with layers of savoury red fruit, flavour intense with very fine persistency and purity.
