Inky dark purple core. Pure and polished nose with some chalky notes, discreet oak, ripe dark plum, cherry and cassis with tobacco and mild spices. The palate is dense and concentrated with young but grainy tannin, layers of fresh dark fruit, fine oak integration and a long dense finish.
