France,
Alsace,
A certain evolution here in terms of colour, light golden, but yet with a good brightness. Intense nose, displaying some evolution. There is actually some of those smoky mineral notes, so a hint of smokiness, toastiness, with layers of ripe, ripe pear, ripe citrus, some stone fruits. There is a certain evolution to this, a slight spiciness but yet with a good sense of freshness and vibrant fruit. Good bite on the palate. Quite a mouth filling actually, but yet with a very narrow and slim body, marked by a really wide breadth of freshness, it is really salivating. I would say a quite classical style of bone dry Riesling with some evolution. Salivating with a good length, and a quite slim-like body yet with a good flavor intensity. Combining that yellow stone fruit, with that stoniness and minerality. So a wine with a very good drinkability today.
