Medium deep ruby red colour. Modern nose oozing of new oak, dark berries, cassis and liquorice. The palate is dense but with ripe tannin, fleshy new oak, dark berry fruit and a rather long warm finish, balanced in a modern style, yet young, should get some time to soften.
