Classically pale with a copper hue. Pure and intense nose, some flinty notes, ripe citrus, yellow fruit, almonds and mild spices. The palate has medium weight with good flavour intensity and grip, fine extract, a bright freshness, aromatic herbs, citrus and lime with a long grippy finish.
