Pale straw colour, youthful with a hint of green. Restrained nose at first, offering a little bit of oak; light touch of vanilla, lemon zest, and some yellow fruit. Good bite on the palate, good extract, vivid, still a very youthful and austere acidity. The fruit is still restrained, young flavors of lemon, green apple, fresh almond. Pure and fresh with medium weight, medium-long finish, good purity. Certainly a style that will gain a bit more complexity over the few coming years.
