Château de Sours – Quarry de Sours – 2020

Inky dark purple core and hue. Pure nose - floral with violet, blackberry, cassis and a mild oak spiciness. Dense palate with a soft extraction and ripe but plentiful tannin, finely rounded with fresh dark berry flavours, intewgrated oak and a long lingering finish.
