Light straw colour with a green hue. Pure and intense nose with a fine flowery/herbal spiciness, citrus, lime and pear with a flinty presence. Bone dry and fresh palate, medium weight, yet flavour intense and persistent with fine extract, elegant young fruit, gooseberry and pear with an herbal/grassy spiciness, starts out discreetly but has a very nice length, purity and precision.
