Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and lifted aromas, fresh pale stone fruit, citrus, elderflower, aromatic herbs and chalky notes. Very good grip on the palate, bright acidity and good extract with discreet fruit flavours, flinty notes and a very long mineral finish.
