Bright straw colour with green hue. Pure aromas of fresh apple, pear, lemongrass and wild herbs. Good precision on the palate, rounded acidity but bone dry with fine extract, a slight hint of toast (perhaps old oak) yet a fine texture with good grip showing a long aftertaste with candied citrus flavours.
