Light golden colour. Ripe fruit on the nose, a touch of over ripeness indicating sweetness like saffron and almond paste with stone fruit and sweet citrus. The palate remains classically dry with a good bite and freshness, yellow fruit notes, fine extract, ripe citrus and some nuttiness followed by a long bright finish.
