France,
Bordeaux,
Light golden colour here, fine brightness. Quite intense nose. Rich generous with a tropical hint. I get yellow fruit in this one, apricot, pineapple. There is a slight hint of oak as well, I mean at least I get vanilla. So a quite ripe and anxious style. The palate is classically bone-dry. It has a good weight of fruit. Nice presence of those yellow fruits. Ripe citrus there adding some zest and freshness. There is certainly oak here, and a touch of vanilla. But I like that, because it is really bone dry. I get a mouth-watering freshness on the finish, it is quite long. I get a hint of Sauvignon here, but I would say it is a rather ripe sauvignon. It doesn't really have anything green, more lushes and tropical, with a well preserved freshness. So a quite attractive modern style of white Bordeaux I would say.
