Classically pale rosé de Provence colour. Pure and mineral nose with discreet young fruit, ripe citrus, lemongrass, red currant and floral hints. Rounded and generous palate with a mild acidity, dry spices and ripe fruit notes leading to a warm, medium to long finish.
