Pale rosé de Provence colour. Layered and nuanced nose with floral hints, lemongrass, fresh red berries and confit de citron with discreet oak/lees ageing adding complexity. Excellent grip and texture with plenty of tension balancing ripe and concentrated fruit flavours, crushed raspberry, ginger and mild toast notes leading on to a very long and grippy finish. Excellent.
