Medium deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Pure nose, some development and layers with sage and ripe herbs, red currant, plum and darker berries. The palate has medium weight with good density and a fresh acidity, ripe and grainy tannins, good flavour intensity and length. Still youthful but beginning to open it seems.
