Rosé wine with a quite pale, classically pale rosé de Provence colour, with a slight whiff of onion skin. Quite fruit-driven nose, aromatic, with some floral notes; then we have some white peach, grapefruit. Clean and fresh on the palate, vibrant acidity here. Wine has a medium-bodied structure for the rosé wine style, well in balance between alcohol and acidity. Some red fruity flavours together with some citrus zest, some hints of grapefruit. It starts out light but I think this wine has a quite good persistence, a rather long finish. Well-made, youthful, fresh and classically crisp style of rosé.
