Very pale colour, bright not a lot of intensity. Fine purity on the nose. Quite mineral, with some stony notes, lemon zest. A quite neutral, not in a negative way but a pure, not too aromatic variety that leans in the direction of barely ripe apple and pear. But fine purity in that mineral presence. Nice freshness on the palate. It is a rather light body, but good purity. Nice mouth-watering sensation. It does have a good flavour intensity. Some nuttiness such as fresh almond. Rather long, mouth-watering, mineral finish.
