Medium to deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Youthful nose with some new oak, ripe dark fruit, plum and crushed berries with some roasted notes, coffee bean and mild spices. The palate is dense and youthful, still a bit tight with firm tannin but nice ripe fruit and fine oak. It has good length and weight. Just needing some time to open.
