Château du Vallier – 2015

Medium deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Ambitious nose, some new oak, roasted coffee with red and dark berries. The palate is dense and youthful, still a tannic presence but no hard edges, layered flavours of ripe berries with roasted coffee, fine oak and a long warm finish.
