Medium to deep ruby red core. The nose displays some new oak, vanilla and red fruit with some herbal spiciness and tobacco. Rather full palate, still a bit youthful with a tannic bite and some herbal flavours, red currant, plum and some oak on the finish, and a medium to long persistency. A wine needing time to soften.
