Inky dark purple colour. Pure and layered nose, fine nuance, no evident oak, fine spices with ripe dark berry fruit, some stony notes, cassis, plum and aromatic herbs like bay leaf and sage. The palate has good density with a supple texture, really grainy tannin, layers of floral dark fruit with a fresh backbone and a long lingering finish.
