Château Famaey – Cuvée X – 2016

Inky dark purple colour. Fine toast and spiciness on the nose with wild berries, sweet plum and mild spices. Nicely built palate with both freshness and ripeness, crushed berry flavours with fine oak, pain d’épices and tobacco. Long and layered finish, nice today but will definitely improve.
