Château Filhot – 2003

Bright medium deep golden colour. The nose has some evolution but with a clear hint of Sauvignon/Muscadelle rather floral and perfumed with peach, apricot, saffron and bergamot. The palate shows medium weight, good balance with a fresh backbone, gentle bitterness of sweet lemon and grape, fine spiciness and smooth, rather long finish.
