Inky dark purple core and hue. Fragrant and pure with dark fruit notes - blackberry, cassis, mild oak, vanilla and pepper notes. Dense and concentrated palate with chalky tannin, still youthfully textured but no hard edges, attractive dark fruit with a fine oak derived spiciness and fresh backbone. well built with fine persistency and potential for ageing.
