Inky dark core, more garnet towards the rim. Ripe, intense and pure nose displaying blackberry, cassis, kirsch, sage, mint with fine oak and toast. Very good grip and concentration, still on the youthful side but with fine proportions and plenty of grainy tannin, a gentle oak presnece and toast with cocoa powder, sweet dark fruit backed by a vibrant freshness, and a long lush finish.
