It is a bright, light straw color with a green hue. The nose offers some flinty notes, wild herbs, lime, and citrus, with white fleshed fruit and fresh butter. Textured palate there´s a hint of creaminess but more importantly a bright acidity with cooler fruit characteristics, crushed pear, lime and lemongrass flavors leading on to a long finish.
