Château Gigognan – Cardinalice – 2019

Dark garnet colour. Some roasted notes, graphite, plum confit, red berries and garrigue. Rather full palate, a bit restrained with a tannic presence, high extraction, discreet red fruit, some herbal notes and long but firm finish. To drink after 2025.
