France,
Provence,
It’s a white wine that looks quite youthful here; we don’t have a lot of colour, slightly green tinged. Very fresh and vibrant nose, displaying some notes of lemon, lime, some herbal notes as well like cut grass, wild herbs. Good grip on the palate here. It’s a wine that is classically bone-dry; I would talk about balanced acidity here, it’s not a super-high acidity but it gives a good sensation of freshness. Still youthful, without any indication of oak. We get some of that spicy zesty fruit with some notes of wild herbs, lemon zest. Quite rounded in terms of fruitiness there, like sweet pear. Pretty persistent finish. Well-balanced in a quite Southern style, but well-made with precision to maintain that freshness we have in there.
