France,
Provence,
Rosé wine in the paler style, I would say, with a slight copper tinge. Fresh nose here, showing off some red berry fruit like raspberry, red currants; we have some of that herbal freshness, aromatically speaking, like red currants a little bit, pink grapefruit, some zesty notes. Palate has a nice grip, bone-dry with a mouthwatering sensation; so well-preserved acidity here. I think the wine is very slick in terms of texture, but we still have a certain grip and weight, with an aftertaste that keeps those red fruity flavours. It finishes off classically dry with that slight infusion of lemon lime zest. Very well balanced in a classical - I would think - rosé de Provence style. Very stylish.
