Château Grand Mayne – 2008

Very dark opaque colour, the nose is intense and multilayered with roasted coffee, oak, spices and dark fruit such as plum, blackberry and cassis, the palate is full and shows a good balance between concentrated dark fruit, cassis flavours, fine tannins and a present freshness, very good length and a fine balance, should gain more complexity with time but is already approachable.
