France,
Bordeaux,
Red wine with an almost black core here, very youthful appearance with a blue-purple nuance. Still quite young on the nose -very young on the nose I would say. We have a plethora of dark fruits, blackberry and cassis, with some roasted oak and sweet spices. Palate has a quite rich structure here, with dense dark fruit, youthful extract. Good freshness. We have some underlying oak here, with hints of vanilla. Attractive dark fruit here, with plum and blackberry notes. Warm, ripe, without any notion of alcohol on the palate though. Long and lingering finish. A pretty accessible wine today I would say, in a modern rounded style; however it would certainly gain complexity and nuance from further aging. A nice result.
