Château Grand Rivallon – Kosher – 2012

Medium deep ruby red colour. Intense and complex nose showing fine oak, toast, leather, tobacco, ripe dark berries, crème de cassis and smoke. The palate is ample with a dense tannic texture, plenty of savoury dark fruit, well-integrated oak and a long lingering finish. Still on the youthful side but excellent potential.
