Inky dark purple black center and hue. The nose displays new oak and roasted notes with darker fruit notes. Dense palate, still youthful with a high extraction, ripe black currant, and cherry notes, some oak derived spiciness and a long finish. Ambitious, still a bit youthful needing some time to soften.
