France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Medium deep ruby colour with some age. The nose is developed with some balsamic notes, dried fruit, cooked plum, prune and tobacco. The palate is slightly tannic with sweet dried fruit, high acidity and a youthful texture, some balsamic notes as well, medium length, quite mature ready to drink.
