Medium deep ruby red colour. Intense nose some balsamic notes, wild herbs, dry spices, leather, tobacco and ripe red fruit. The palate is dense and layered blending spices, tobacco, red currant flavours, structured with plenty of ripe tannin followed by a long and vigorous finish. Still youthful with a potential for long ageing.
