Intense dark purple core and ruby hue. Pepper, clove, leather and dark fruit aromas. Ample palate with a rigid backbone of grippy tannin, still youthful yet with nice layers of spicy dark fruit, and a long and vigorous finish. Another few years in the cellar to soften.
