Dense garnet core and a lighter rim. The nose is ripe with some mature notes, jammed plum, red berries and garrigue. Rich and ample palate with a tannic bite, dry spices and sweet/dried fruit flavours, generous and rather long still with restrained tannin needing some time to soften.
