Inky dark purple core. Youthful dark fruit on the nose like cassis, plum, tobacco and some new oak. The palate is dense and robust with a youthful texture, concentrated dark fruit, high tannin, but balanced with savoury dark fruit notes, spicy, peppery with a long dense finish. A big wine still needing time to soften.
