France,
Provence,
Rosé wine with a rather pale nuance, a hint of copper; still very youthful, there’s a slight hint of carbonic gas, which preserves some freshness. Aromatically it’s quite intense, generous, with floral notes. A quite intense fruitiness here, I get fresh pineapple so quite ripe fruit. I also get that notion of presence of red berries. Good zest on the palate, bone-dry with a mouthwatering freshness. I get hints of grapefruit, lemon skin; and still we have that ripeness like fresh pineapple notes. It’s a lightweight wine with a good emphasis on freshness; and still due to its lightness I think it has a fairly long persistence, it keeps lingering and it finishes off bone-dry with fresh and crisp lemon-infused red fruits.
