Inky dark purple colour. Youthful nose some primary fermentation derived aromas and slight balsamic hint, yet still within the frames of purity. The palate has good volume and a polished texture, grainy tannin, savoury dark fruit, crushed blackberry, fine spice and a long persistency. Nicely polished a bit different "alternative" aromatically for classic drinkers but nice balance and drinkability.
