Inky dark purple colour. Some new oak, toast and smoke with ripe dark fruit, blackberry, plum confiture and gingerbread spice. Ample palate with sweet fruit flavours, a slight firm tannic presence and youthful acidity leading to a long finish. Still young and tight needing time to soften.
